Ming Jern was previously with Cap Vista, the strategic venture investment arm of Singapore's Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA). Cap Vista invests in early stage companies developing cutting edge dual-use (commercial and defence) technologies. Ming Jern was also involved in master planning, system architecting and the management of R&D projects when he was with DSTA.
