Timothy has extensive experience in corporate, technology and digital media law. He used to head the legal departments at SingTel’s Info-communications Technology Services business NCS, and SingTel’s joint venture in Digital Internet Media, Lycos Asia. Timothy was instrumental in SingTel's takeover, delisting and merger of Singapore Computer Systems with NCS to create Singapore’s largest Info-communications Technology Services company.
