Gerard Ee was a practising accountant for almost 30 years until he retired as a partner of Ernst & Young. Throughout his career, Gerard was also actively involved in the community. From the many committees he served, Gerard has cover the area of disabilities, rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents, fund raising, education and health related services.
Since his retirement in 2005 Gerard has helped re-establish public confidence in a large charity which was embroiled in a public scandal. He chairs the Public Transport Council, Council for the Third Age and the Medifund Advisory Council and is a member of several other committees including the Accounting Standards Council of Singapore.
Gerard turns 60 this year and is an active ager, keeping himself busy and fulfilled by sharing with the community his experiences and knowledge.
