Corporate Finance - Associate Director/Manager/Senior Officer
Responsibilties :
- Assist the Investment team in analyzing and valuing companies
- Prepare financial models to support critical investment decisions and deal structuring
- Monitor and analyze fund-of-fund investments for presentation to stakeholders
- Review portfolio companies to ensure returns from divestments
Requirements :
- Master / Degree in Finance or Business with working knowledge in finance and good understanding of venture capital/private equity investments is required
- CFA holder would be an added advantage
- At least 10 years of relevant experience for Associate Director, 6 years for Manager & 2 years for Senior Officer, preferably in the equity investments
- Excellent relationship management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
